KUNDURA, operating at Muratpaşa Mah. Eski Edirne Asfaltı Cad. Pashador Cadde Bayrampaşa / Istanbul, will hereinafter be referred to as KUNDURA in this agreement, in relation to retail trade conducted via radio, TV, mail, or the internet.

The following rights and obligations apply to all users:

  1. Accuracy of Information
    When placing an order, users must enter their name, surname, phone number, and other requested information completely and accurately. KUNDURA shall not be held responsible for incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate information provided by users.

  2. Prohibited Use
    It is strictly forbidden to use or attempt to use software that may threaten the security of KUNDURA, prevent, or disrupt the operation of the system.

  3. User Responsibility
    The user confirms the accuracy of the information provided and accepts in advance any consequences that may arise from inaccuracies. KUNDURA does not check or verify the accuracy of the information provided by users and assumes no responsibility in this regard.

  4. Intellectual Property
    All written, visual, graphic, or non-graphic materials on KUNDURA are fully protected. Copying, publishing on personal pages, and/or marketing of such materials is strictly prohibited. If such materials are used on personal pages, a statement must be included at the bottom of the page indicating the source and/or the commercial institution to which the material belongs. Otherwise, KUNDURA accepts no responsibility for any legal disputes that may arise.

  5. External Links
    KUNDURA may contain links or references to other websites not under its control. KUNDURA is not responsible for the content of such websites or any other links they contain.

  6. Cookies
    The system uses cookies. Cookies are pieces of information transferred by a website to the cookie file located on the user’s computer hard drive. They allow users to navigate the site and help prepare content tailored to user needs when necessary.

  7. Loss of Data
    KUNDURA is not responsible for information, messages, or files that are lost and/or delivered to the wrong or incomplete address during use of the site.

  8. Online Payments
    In cases where the card is used unlawfully by someone other than its rightful holder during online payments, the provisions of the Bank Cards and Credit Cards Law No. 5464 dated 23.02.2006 and the Regulation on Bank Cards and Credit Cards published in the Official Gazette dated 10.03.2007 No. 26458 shall apply.

  9. Use of Content
    The information, photographs, and links available on KUNDURA may not be copied or used for any other product or service.
