What is the delivery time?

All products sold on Kundura.co are supplied from the Kundura office and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 1 business day within Istanbul and 1 to 4 business days outside of Istanbul.
Your orders will be delivered by the courier company to the address you provided on business days between 09:00–18:00.

Which courier company will deliver my order?

The delivery of your purchased products is carried out through our contracted courier company, Aras Kargo.

Will I pay a shipping fee for the products I purchase?

There are no shipping fees for orders placed on Kundura.co.

I would like to return a product I purchased. What should I do?

You may return the product you purchased provided that it has not lost its resellable condition and has not been used.

If the product or its packaging/box is dirty, crushed, wrinkled, worn, scratched, wet, has adhesive tape or labels applied, or is damaged in any way, returns will not be accepted under the Distance Sales Agreement concluded at the time of purchase.
All products will be inspected by our team to ensure they are not damaged.

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date you received your order. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you along with the payment.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the sender.

Once your return shipment has reached us, you will be notified via email. For approved return requests, refunds will be processed within 2 business days after the products are checked for compliance with the return conditions. Refunds will be made by your bank to your credit card. This process depends entirely on the internal procedures of your bank.
